Recurring Risch Pisca funding links Esto Perpetua to Idaho Prosperity Fund

The legacy Idaho Sunshine ledger shows recurring direct support from Risch Pisca to Esto Perpetua: $1,000 on 2021-12-07, $1,000 on 2022-04-20, and $1,000 from Risch Pisca PLLC on 2023-08-14. The same historical record shows Esto Perpetua contributed $5,000 to Idaho Prosperity Fund on 2021-12-22. Separately, Idaho Education News reported in 2018 that Esto Perpetua had sent much of that year's contributions to Risch Pisca PLLC and Idaho Prosperity Fund. This documents recurring financial ties among the PAC, the firm administering it, and the IACI-operated Idaho Prosperity Fund. The records do not establish that the recurring $1,000 firm contributions were earmarked or that IACI directed Esto Perpetua.
