Idaho Secretary of State’s official 2018 Voter Information Pamphlet lists Idahoans for Healthcare as the committee advocating YES on Proposition 2 and names Christy Perry and Emily Strizich as co-chairmen, with Bruce Belzer as treasurer. Contemporary reporting independently identifies Emily Strizich as a Reclaim Idaho co-founder and says she was introduced as Idahoans for Healthcare co-chair. This establishes a direct leadership bridge between Reclaim Idaho and the formal Proposition 2 campaign committee, stronger than general coalition proximity. It does not establish that Reclaim and Idahoans for Healthcare were the same legal entity or shared all funds/management.
