This is a dated research record. Its qualifications and open questions are part of the account. Association alone does not establish wrongdoing or control.
IRS Schedule I-derived grant data identifies a $65,000 grant in tax year 2022 from All Hands on Deck Network Inc. (EIN 37-1697474) to Reclaim Idaho Fund. Movement Voter Project's own current FAQ says Movement Voter Project is a 501(c)(4) legally registered under the corporate name All Hands on Deck Network, EIN 37-1697474. Reclaim Idaho Fund reported $93,333 in total contributions/revenue in 2022, making the $65,000 grant a substantial portion of its reported annual support. Regina Clemente, later secretary of Project Reclaim Idaho, has a documented long leadership history with Movement Voter Project, including managing director and a Western Rural and Plains States role during the 2018-2023 period. Public records do not establish that Clemente personally solicited, approved, or directed the 2022 Reclaim grant, so no individual causation should be inferred.
