Sunflower CEO came from Arabella's nonprofit-services leadership; owner organizations retain documented personnel connections
Recorded status: Dated appointments and official biographies documented
This is a dated research record. Its qualifications and open questions are part of the account. Association alone does not establish wrongdoing or control.
Arabella's December 17, 2024 hiring announcement, reproduced by citybiz from GlobeNewswire, says Allan Williams became senior vice president of Partner Solutions effective December 2, 2024. His responsibility was nonprofit operational support and strategic services. His prior roles included managing director and COO of Deloitte Global Shared Services and senior finance positions at Cigna Group Insurance and Croda International. Sunflower's November 2025 launch announcement and current site identify the same executive as CEO. This documents management continuity across the acquisition; it does not demonstrate a concealed motive.
Owner-side personnel connections are also disclosed. Windward's current leadership page lists Bruce Boyd, described as an Arabella co-founder, as a board member. It identifies former Arabella directors Francesca Van Doorn and Liuben Chipev as its finance/operations and programs directors, and former Arabella managing director Debbie Kobak as its vice president of program strategy/development. The page's claim that Boyd remains an Arabella senior adviser may be stale after the November 2025 closure announcement; the historical co-founder role is the relevant link here.
Hopewell's current page identifies Jonathan Bruck as chief of staff and describes his previous work managing nonprofit operations/board governance concurrently with a senior-director role on Sunflower's Legal and Compliance Team, covering lobbying, elections and ballot initiatives. The biography gives no precise dates or evidence that he handled Idaho accounts. The same page credits Taylor O'Brien with six years at Sunflower although the company launched only in November 2025; that chronology cannot be literal as written and needs clarification, potentially concerning predecessor service. Do not silently convert it into six years at the new company.
These sources document overlapping professional experience and operating infrastructure. They do not establish that Williams, Boyd, Bruck or other named individuals authorized a particular Sixteen Thirty grant.
