Sixteen Thirty funded Jannus in 2023 and Idaho Voices Foundation in 2024 within the same historical Idaho policy-program lane

A second direct Sixteen Thirty funding lane reaches the same broader Idaho child/family policy infrastructure now represented by Idaho Voices for Children. Sixteen Thirty’s 2023 grant records report a $56,000 grant to Jannus Inc. (EIN 81-6035382), Boise, for civil rights, social action and advocacy. Jannus’s own historical Form 990 Schedule O lists Idaho Voices for Children among its doing-business-as/program names, and Idaho Voices’ 2021 materials explicitly state that “Idaho Voices for Children is a program of Jannus, Inc.” under Jannus EIN 81-6035382. Current Idaho Voices giving materials still reference transfers to “Idaho Voices for Children/Jannus, Inc.,” while current Idaho Voices donation materials separately identify Idaho Voices for Children Foundation Inc., EIN 82-0478703, as a 501(c)(3). Sixteen Thirty then separately reported a $110,740 direct 2024 grant to Idaho Voices for Children Foundation Inc. for civil rights, social action and advocacy. This establishes two successive direct Sixteen Thirty grants into organizations within the same historically documented Idaho Voices/Jannus institutional lane: Jannus in 2023 and Idaho Voices Foundation in 2024. It does NOT establish that the 2023 Jannus grant was earmarked for Idaho Voices, that the two grants financed the same project, or that the present legal/administrative relationship between Jannus and Idaho Voices is identical to the 2021 program structure. Exact 2024-2026 separation/affiliation mechanics remain to be resolved through corporate and tax records.
