Unity Alliance publishes its board, advisers and three platinum partners

Unity Alliance of Southern Idaho describes its purpose as building understanding of immigrants' contributions to Southern Idaho's economy, workforce and communities. Its About page, checked September 18, 2026, publishes a board and adviser roster. This records what the organization lists on that page; the listing itself does not independently establish each person's current tenure or any control over other organizations. The officer section names Twin Falls Police Chief Matt Hicks as board president, Idaho Milk Products CEO Daragh Maccabee as board vice president, Ray Parrish as board treasurer, and Miranda Irby as Unity Alliance executive director. The board-member section separately names former representatives Clark Kauffman and Sally Toone and Representative Chenele Dixon; Matthew Hicks; Daragh Maccabee, Bob Naerebout, Riley Barney, Mike Blauer and Cooper Smith in its business group; Roy Villasenor, Chandra Upreti and Mujesira Kljucanin in its nonprofit group; Sally Toone and Amy Blauer in education; and Ray Parrish, Miranda Irby and Asmaa Albukaia in its faith group. The page lists Rick Naerebout, Con Paulos, Alex Castaneda and Chief Craig Kingsbury as board advisers, a distinct role from board membership. The same roster gives affiliations for several people: Bob Naerebout and Riley Barney with Idaho Dairymen's Association, Cooper Smith with Chobani, Roy Villasenor with Community Council of Idaho, Alex Castaneda with South Central Idaho Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, and Daragh Maccabee with Idaho Milk Products. Shared participation does not by itself prove that any partner directs Unity Alliance or that the organizations share funds or coordinate political activity.
