All six pages visually inspected: May8 original totals18spots/$18,325gross/$2,748.75commission/$15,576.25net; May8 Revised totals22spots/$20,325gross/$3,048.75commission/$17,276.25net; May13 Revised(2) totals16spots/$13,825gross/$2,073.75commission/$11,751.25net. Do not add those gross amounts or count them as three separate purchases. The latest version shows struck-through replaced spots, make-good references and deleted Sunday Today/Jeopardy Weekend/Preakness lines. Such amendment printouts are not full as-run logs. The three current contract totals in seq920 use only the latest posted version per contract. The two NAB forms, signed on the station side by Eric Jordan May8 and May14, identify agency Commercial Space Experts and K.Black; sponsor Defend and Protect Idaho, contact GaryRaney; governance GaryRaneyChair/JudithEllisTreasurer. K.Black appears in the advertiser/sponsor signature-name field. EricJordan is explicitly the station representative, not evidence of agency/PAC employment. Both mark the ad NOT national importance and federal fieldsN/A. May8 Accepted is marked; May14 disposition boxes are blank. Both have blank ad-received date/Yes-No submission boxes, blank contract/estimate fields. Therefore these forms do not supply a May8 creative-delivery date as the KREM forms did. No creative text, named producer, Redbird identity, or proof that K.Black is KristinHulsen is established. Blank station fields are an evidentiary limitation; no legal violation is concluded.
