Project Reclaim Idaho officers connect old Reclaim organizing to national organizing networks
Recorded status: Verified officer identities and documented professional/organizing histories. Funding/control connection to Clemente's prior organizations remains unverified.
This is a dated research record. Its qualifications and open questions are part of the account. Association alone does not establish wrongdoing or control.
Project Reclaim Idaho Inc.'s FY2024 990-EZ lists Tracy Olson as president, Regina Clemente as secretary, and Deborah Silver as treasurer. Olson is not a new name to Reclaim: Boise State Public Radio identified Tracy Olson in May 2018 as the Ada/Canyon County co-leader of Reclaim Idaho during the Medicaid-expansion signature campaign. Clemente's current Trust Brigade biography describes organizing since 1996, past work with ACORN, Planned Parenthood, the LA LGBTQ Center and Freedom to Marry, and most-recent work with Movement Voter Project building organizing capacity in Western and Plains states. This supports the interpretation that Project Reclaim Idaho's board combines longstanding Idaho Reclaim experience with national organizing experience. It does NOT prove that any of Clemente's prior organizations funds or controls Project Reclaim Idaho; no primary-source Movement Voter Project-to-Reclaim grant was verified in this research pass.
