Risch Pisca is the firm name of partners Jeremy Pisca and Jason Risch; Jason Risch is reported to be Senator Jim Risch's son and has served in political roles for Risch campaigns. This creates a meaningful proximity and network question requiring investigation. It does not establish that Jim Risch knew of, directed, funded, benefited from, or held any interest in Esto Perpetua Group LLC.
