Right Insight filing history identifies S. Max Brown as a manager; Brown held Ada GOP precinct post

Idaho Secretary of State business record 4665889 shows Right Insight LLC active since March 21, 2022. Its expanded filing history identifies Daniel Silver as the original governor, later manager, and current member. The March 4, 2024 annual-report history also identifies S. Max Brown of Eagle as a manager. The February 3, 2025 report changed Silver from manager to member, and the February 3, 2026 report again lists Silver as member; Brown is not shown in those current member entries. Separately, Idaho's official election database says S. Max Brown won the 2022 Republican primary for Ada County precinct committeeman, District 1406, unopposed. A commercial D&B profile independently names S Max Brown as Right Insight's key principal. This establishes a historical company-management link and a local Republican party role for Brown. It does not establish Brown's current ownership, current operational access, participation in any specific client engagement, or coordination among Right Insight clients.
