The profile displays registration on December 29, 2023 and amendment on January 6, 2025. That is not a reliable founding date: the legacy Sunshine record, campaign 2503, already contains a C-1C registration dated April 7, 2022, names Prescott in both roles, and records 2022 activity. Identified 2022 outside receipts: Idaho Wheat & Barley PAC $12,250; Idaho Cattle PAC $16,000 in two entries; Idaho Dairy Industry PAC $8,000; Idaho Grain PAC $7,500. These total $43,750. A separate $2,987.08 entry labels WinAg itself as an in-kind contributor and corresponds to an in-kind expenditure naming Phil McGrane for Idaho. It should not be described as an additional outside donor. The legacy total, including this entry, is $46,737.08. The current independent-expenditure table names Prescott Consulting as vendor on twenty $250 allocations dated May 13, 2024, totaling $5,000. This is an identity-verification lead. The shared surname does not establish that Wyatt owns the business; no ownership filing or contract was verified in this review.
