Jeremy Pisca is a longtime Idaho lobbyist; current and historical sources show representation of clients including DaVita, Idaho REALTORS, Micron, PhRMA, Idaho Ground Water Appropriators and others. Corporate disclosures and PAC records show some represented companies also contributed to Esto Perpetua.
Evidence firewall: Representation plus PAC funding is a documented relationship; client earmarking/control of PAC spending is not established.
