This is a dated research record. Its qualifications and open questions are part of the account. Association alone does not establish wrongdoing or control.
The official Idaho Sunshine 2026 Expenditures CSV resolves the apparent date discrepancy. These are two separate Defend and Protect Idaho transactions, not alternate dates for one payment. Transaction 397047: $110,000 to Redbird Strategies, transaction date 05/08/2026, public distribution 05/12–05/19, Independent Expenditure Report dated 05/12, May Monthly Report filed 06/10. Transaction 397860: $110,000 to Redbird Strategies, transaction date 05/13/2026, public distribution 05/13–05/19, Independent Expenditure Report dated 05/15, same monthly report filed 06/10. Both are marked Amended=N. Each transaction carries the exact same seven candidate allocations and dollar amounts: Zito $19,483.75; Keyser $19,483.75; Ehardt $14,255; Young $14,255; Foreman $26,671; Zuiderveld $7,925.75; Kohl $7,925.75. The matching allocations and overlapping run periods require invoice/order reconciliation, but they do not by themselves prove duplication or improper billing; they could represent separate media placements or flights.
