Idaho Sunshine transaction-detail records show synchronized payments by otherwise separate PACs to Esto Perpetua Group at the same Boise PO box. On May 20, 2024, Right 2 Learn paid the vendor $15,000 for management services while Defend and Protect Idaho recorded two management-services payments of $50,000 and $15,427. On August 2, 2024, Hometown Heroes paid $22,396.57 for preparation and production of advertising while Defend and Protect Idaho paid $25,000 for the same category. The same-date, same-vendor, same-category pairings support describing Esto Perpetua Group as a shared political-services hub serving multiple Idaho PACs. They do not establish common control among the PACs or reveal the LLC’s beneficial owner. Each transaction-detail response has null comments and, except Accountable Idaho’s later payment, no external transaction identifier, so those public records do not expose an invoice number or human contact.
