Sixteen Thirty's largest recurring grantee, America Votes, documented an Idaho state-table presence in 2024
Recorded status: Primary 2024 Sixteen Thirty grant and America Votes Idaho state-table presence verified. Idaho staff, budget, partners and any Votes Idaho relationship remain unresolved.
This is a dated research record. Its qualifications and open questions are part of the account. Association alone does not establish wrongdoing or control.
The Sixteen Thirty→America Votes branch is materially larger than the direct Sixteen Thirty→Western Futures route and has a documented Idaho-facing operational presence. Sixteen Thirty's primary FY2024 Schedule I reports $27,850,000 to America Votes for civil rights, social action and advocacy. IRS-derived grant aggregation reports approximately $179.6 million from Sixteen Thirty to America Votes across five annual grants from 2020–2024, making America Votes Sixteen Thirty's largest listed grantee over that period. America Votes describes itself as the 'coordination hub' of the progressive community, working with 400+ state/national organizations to win elections, coordinate strategy, provide data infrastructure and invest in community-led programs. Its March 2024 State Summit agenda explicitly included Idaho ('ID') among state-table office hours, described as opportunities to meet state table staff and leaders and learn how each state was thinking about plans to 'win power in 2024 and beyond.' This establishes that a very large Sixteen Thirty grantee had a recognized Idaho state-table operation in 2024. It does NOT identify the Idaho table's staff, partner roster, Idaho budget or funding amount; it does not establish that Sixteen Thirty's $27.85M 2024 grant was earmarked for Idaho; and it does not prove that Votes Idaho Corporation was America Votes' Idaho table. That identity/relationship remains unresolved and should not be inferred from similar coordination functions alone.
