Article IV’s 2024 filing combines state-reform strategic support with direct Idaho grants and PAC payments

Separately, Schedule C reports $225,000 total paid to section 527 political organizations: $170,000 to Defend and Protect Idaho, $25,000 to Montana State AFL-CIO, and $30,000 to Way Back PAC. This creates a primary-source, same-year institutional topology in which Article IV both financed Idaho election-reform/advocacy entities and directly paid two PAC nodes already central to the Idaho network, Defend and Protect Idaho and Way Back. The program narrative proves Article IV provided strategic support to some state reform campaigns, but the filing does not identify which specific campaigns received advisory support; therefore it does NOT establish that Article IV advisors directly managed Idahoans for Open Primaries, Defend and Protect Idaho, Conservative Accountability Project, or Way Back. It also does not prove coordination among those recipients, candidate control, or that the same dollars moved between them. This finding is stronger than a mere donor-overlap observation because Article IV itself reports both a strategic-support program model and direct financial relationships to multiple Idaho-network nodes in the same filing year.
