(EIN 20-3898333) is a Twin Falls 501(c)(6) business organization funded primarily through program-service/investor revenue; its FY2025 Form 990 reports $178,609 revenue and $281,321 net assets. Business Plus says its Legacy Leaders are individuals whose institutional knowledge, experience and relationships are retained as a regional resource and that several were founders of Business Plus and/or Southern Idaho Economic Development Organization. By April 2025 its published Legacy Leaders list includes Chenele Dixon and Linda Hartgen; the July 2026 investor page continues to list both. Separately, Business Plus’s September 2023 workforce meeting featured Rick Naerebout of Idaho Dairymen’s Association and Daragh Maccabee, CEO of Idaho Milk Products and then Unity Alliance vice president, discussing Southern Idaho’s heavily foreign-born agricultural workforce; the newsletter expressly presented Maccabee speaking about Unity Alliance and its mission relating to foreign-born labor. Current Unity Alliance records separately place Dixon on its board/network alongside dairy/CCI/business/law-enforcement figures.
