Primary records require separating three similarly named identities. (1) Esto Perpetua PAC is an Idaho political committee filed June 22, 2011; Idaho’s 2018 committee list names Jeremy Pisca as chairman and Maggie Mallea as treasurer, both at P.O. Box 1304, Boise, and the listed phone matches Risch Pisca’s current office number. Pisca’s firm biography identifies him as a partner, attorney, and lobbyist focused on government affairs. DaVita’s January 2026 political disclosure reports a $1,750 contribution to Esto Perpetua PAC, confirming the PAC continues to receive corporate political money. (2) Hometown Heroes’ current Idaho Sunshine profile separately lists a $35,000 contribution from “Esto Perpetua” and a $22,396.57 payment to “Esto Perpetua Group” for advertising production. (3) Idaho’s older Sunshine vendor record names “Esto Perpetua Group LLC,” gives a Wyoming registered-agent mailing address, and records $34,838.90 in 2022 Take Back Idaho payments.
