IACI board/member-company network overlaps current Idaho Victory Fund donors, while IACI operates a separate PAC
Recorded status: CURRENT PRIMARY/AGGREGATED VERIFIED corporate overlap and separate IACI PAC governance. No evidence IACI directed St. Luke’s/Micron/Idaho Power Victory Fund contributions or controls Idaho Victory/Liberty.
This is a dated research record. Its qualifications and open questions are part of the account. Association alone does not establish wrongdoing or control.
Current records show a corporate-network overlap between IACI and the Brad Little-associated Idaho Victory Fund, but not a merged political account or demonstrated IACI direction of Victory Fund giving. IACI’s current board includes representatives of Idaho Power, Micron Technology and St. Luke’s, among many other major Idaho employers. Current 2026 Idaho Victory Fund contribution data list St. Luke’s Health Plan at $50,000, Micron Technology at $25,000 and Idaho Power Company at $20,000 among the committee’s top contributors. IACI independently operates the Idaho Prosperity Fund (IPF); IACI’s own materials say the IPF board independently determines which candidates to support, and IACI vice president John Eaton oversees all aspects of the PAC. Thus several corporations represented in IACI’s governance/business network also independently finance Idaho Victory Fund, while IACI maintains its own distinct election-spending vehicle. This strengthens the documented business-network adjacency around the Little-associated Victory/Liberty lane, but does NOT establish that IACI instructed those corporations to donate, that corporate donations came from IACI funds, or that Idaho Victory Fund and Idaho Prosperity Fund share control, strategy, vendors or candidate-selection processes.
