Deborah Silver provides a shared administrative address nexus for Reclaim entities

Reclaim Idaho Fund's ActBlue Civics merchandise page uses Reclaim branding and a reclaimidaho.org contact address. Project Reclaim Idaho Inc., the separate 501(c)(3), is registered c/o Deborah Silver at 1401 Poplar Ave, Twin Falls. Older Idaho candidate and campaign-finance records show 1401 Poplar was also Deborah Silver's own longstanding candidate/campaign address. Reclaim Idaho's historical committee listing names Silver as treasurer at that address. Therefore the shared 1401 Poplar address is best treated as an administrative/personnel nexus through Silver, not evidence that the c3 and c4 share a dedicated office or are legally parent/subsidiary. The c3 and c4 nevertheless share Reclaim branding, Silver's administrative involvement, and a broader personnel network documented elsewhere.
