Opened the $6,272.72 Foreman allocation in Defend's Independent Expenditures tab. Detail confirms a $69,000 Redbird Strategies company expenditure dated May 8, with both distribution Start Date and End Date May 8, purpose Z—Preparation & Production of Advertising. Eleven named candidates are all opposed: Barbara Ehardt, Daniel David Foreman, Scott Herndon, Clint Hostetler, Josh Keyser, Joshua Luke Kohl, David James Leavitt, Elaine Price, Julianne Young, Christy Zito and Glenneda Zuiderveld. Transaction History displays Original, May 8, $69,000, filed June 10. This matches preserved CSV transaction 391424. The inspected detail has no invoice attachment, deliverable list, creative identifier, subcontractor, itemized cost or authorizing person. A single-day distribution field does not establish that all production was done in one day. The history's monthly filing date does not by itself establish late reporting; the underlying allocation row links a timed Independent Expenditure Report, whose original PDF was not inspected. Separate May 8 Foreman allocations of $2,000 and $1,500 are also shown, consistent with other production transactions, but neither shared date nor target demonstrates duplicate work.
